WantedDesign is a platform dedicated to promoting design and fostering the international creative community at large throughout the year. Founded in New York City in 2011 by Odile Hainaut and Claire Pijoulat, WantedDesign has established itself as a constant and staunch supporter of U.S. and international design via events, conversation and partnerships.

5-6:30pm: Cocktail International Design Education
Taking place at Industry City: Produced since 2012 as part of WantedDesign events in May, the WantedDesign’s Design Schools Workshop is a collaborative multi-day workshop in which a selection of international design students are divided into groups to come up with a creative solution to a proposed brief that touches on each year’s theme.
