German industrial designer Dieter Rams designed over 350 products that are used by people throughout the world on a daily basis and that continue to influence young designers. Rams was not only interested in the form of these utilitarian objects, but he also reflected the significance of such products for individuals and society as a whole.
This exhibition presents thirty objects selected by Dieter Rams as well as photographs, reproductions and texts throughout the decades (organized by Goethe-Institut, curated by Klaus Klemp).
