DeMuro Das x RISD / Student Exhibition

DeMuro Das will present the culmination of a graduate-level design competition, in collaboration with the renowned Department of Furniture Design at the Rhode Island School of Design, in an exhibition opening on Friday, November 12. The brief for the spring 2021 RISD Department of Furniture Design Graduate Studio asked students to design dual pieces; one to be fabricated in class by the student and a second piece to be chosen for production by DeMuro Das’ New Delhi factory. Three winners were selected and the resulting six pieces will be on view at DeMuro Das’ Flatiron showroom alongside a sampling of process work.
