Arielle Assouline-Lichten presents new work titled “Unbroken” that centers around transience, ephemerality, and the celebration of imperfection. Her studio Slash Objects’ signature pieces from the Coexist Collection and the Adri Chair are on view as well. Arielle’s approach to furniture design is rooted in elevating overlooked source materials to create bespoke elegance with timeless materials.

In Unbroken, Arielle transforms fractured marble and onyx into furniture and lighting that play on the dichotomy between chaos and order. Using pieces of found stone, an order is given to irregularity, and each piece is a product of individual material constraints. Unbroken showcases the beauty of imperfection and highlights the importance of longevity in a world where everything seems disposable.
